He gets my email newsletters and sometimes he even reads them but I am pretty sure he doesn't see this blog! Soo...I think I can share his Father's Day present here before the big day and he won't have a clue! You see, this man has no normal hobbies and those he does have he gets stuff for. Like, he loves to bike and already has this very awesome bike. He loves to read and has a Nook (kind of like a Kindle but from Barnes and Noble). He likes to workout but, how many workout shirts and shorts does one guy need? BUT-the one thing he loves that he never gets enough of is.....
His girls! I don't think I know anyone quite so smitten with his daughters than my husband! He loves them deeply and he loves them thoroughly. And, they know it-which is awesome to me! So, I decided I would give him more of his girls for Father's Day and-here it is!
I found this cute printer's tray a while back in an antique store and decided it would be fun to add pix and embellies and make it special for him. I think it worked!
I love the way I was able to use some old charms along with new stuff like Tim Holtz's filmstrips (yes, they are back in stock!), Jolee's and even some 7 gypsies papers. Honestly, this really didn't take too long and you could do it, too! Wonder how to get a printer's tray? Check out the ones from 7Gypsies in the store. They don't have near as many boxes so you wouldn't have to measure EVERY box before cutting pix! We have them in white and black! I'll have my tray in the store this week-till Saturday-so stop by to see and get some inspiration! I bet you know a Dad who would love one of these!
